CANCELLATION POLICY
I require 24hrs notice if you cannot make your upcoming appointment. I understand things happen and i try to be forgiving of all circumstances - however out of respect for my time and business I will charge a 100% no show fee if you fail to show up without getting ahold of me. Messaging / calling to cancel your appointment the day of may result in a charge of 50% of the service booked. If you are more then 15 minutes late and you have not communicated that with me - this may result in being charged a no show & asked to reschedule. Please be respectful of my time as well as other clients I have after you. Client acknowledges upon booking all sales are final. I appreciate the communication, THANK YOU 🤎
